The Carrera Hybrid racing system continues to evolve, introducing a new fleet of vehicles, additional track elements and a specially developed controller that features a built-in smartphone holder.

Carrera Hybrid combines classic slot-car racing with the dynamic action of modern gaming in a uniquely immersive way. Thanks to its continuously growing range of cars and accessories, as well as close collaboration with its dedicated community, Carrera Hybrid is constantly evolving.
Racing and gaming fans alike can look forward to an expanded lineup of officially licensed cars. Introducing the BMW M4 GT3 in six striking variants, including the Walkenhorst Motorsport, No. 34, four distinctive Ford Mustang GT3 models and two new Porsche 911 GT3 R designs, including the Lionspeed GP, No. 24.
Each car features front and rear lighting, and can be driven both on the Carrera Hybrid track and freely in open space. With scale-accurate handling and a top speed of up to 1.8 m/s, the models deliver impressively realistic performance. A high-performance lithium battery provides up to 30 minutes of racing and recharges in just 20 minutes using the included USB-C cable.
Combined with app-based control, authentic engine sounds, realistic lighting effects and numerous tuning options, these models create the ultimate experience for racing fans. The new series of cars is available now.
Expected to be available from next month, the latest track extensions make Carrera Hybrid racing even more customisable. The new Large Curves (30° radius) and Hairpin Curves allow for spectacular manoeuvres and thrilling challenges, while the clever Narrow Section introduces strategic opportunities and daring overtakes.
These additions offer countless new configurations, guaranteeing top-tier racing excitement for every setup. With its signature Carrera design and seamless integration into the existing Hybrid setup, the new Carrera Hybrid Controller offers a fresh way to race. Players can choose their preferred controller method, either via the smartphone app or the new Bluetooth controller, offering the intuitive feel of a classic gamepad with precise steering and maximum comfort.
Even when using the controller, the smartphone remains a key part of the system: using the app, players manage essential features and functions such as track recognition, car settings and all-important tuning options. This combination of controller and smartphone features gives racers greater flexibility and allows them to tailor their driving experience exactly as they like it.
Through regular app updates, Carrera Hybrid focuses on innovation within the user experience and continues to build on its intuitive gameplay with all the excitement of traditional racing combined with cutting-edge gaming technology.
Currently in development is a new NPC (Non-Player Character) mode for even more competitive racing, scheduled for release in the coming months.
