The classic car burst into flames on Saturday morning
A classic sports car has been totally destroyed after bursting into flames on a road in Devon.
Newton Abbot Fire Station said the vehicle was on the A38 at the bottom of Harcombe bends at about 09:00 BST on Saturday when it happened.
It said Middlemoor Fire Station also attended the incident and one lane on the road was blocked to traffic.
"It didn't take long for crews to extinguish the fire, however, the classic Lotus sports car that was unfortunately involved, was totally destroyed by the blaze," it said.
