A crash involving a car, a lorry and a bus closed a road on the outskirts of Norwich.
Drivers faced major delays around the Longwater Retail Park in Costessey after the collision at around 12.40pm on Monday.
William Frost Way was closed to traffic following the collision, which blocked the road heading from Alex Moorhouse Way towards Dereham Road for nearly three hours.

The road was fully reopened at around 3.25pm.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk police said: “Thankfully, no one was injured in the collision.
“All the vehicles have now been recovered.
“Thank you for your patience and understanding this afternoon, while our officers worked to clear the road as quickly as possible.”
An eyewitness said that shoppers at Sainsbury’s had been told that they could be waiting for up to three hours to get out of the car park.
Fire crews from Carrow and Sprowston were called to the scene and released the driver using hydraulic rescue equipment.
