Crews are working to tow away an overturned tractor trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike as southbound traffic moves around the scene by the shoulder. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia reports.
Traffic is moving again on the southbound side of the New Jersey Turnpike after a tractor trailer overturned on Friday evening.

The truck overturned sometime before 4 p.m. on Dec. 12, according to traffic advisories.
All of the southbound lanes of the turnpike were closed just after interchange four for Route 73 in Mount Laurel Township but traffic started to move again as officials opened the right shoulder.
SkyForce10 was over the scene just before 5 p.m. where a truck with a green cab and a white trailer could be seen laying on its side and blocking all of the lanes.
It appeared as though at least three other cars had damage in connection to this crash.

Traffic looked like it was backed up for over one mile on the southbound side of the highway.
No word yet on what caused the truck to overturn or if anyone was hurt.
