Local news:
Two young men have died after the car they were travelling in collided with a large truck on a WA highway.
The men, both in their 20s, were travelling in a white Toyota Landcruiser tray-top when it collided with a white Kenworth truck towing two trailers on Great Northern Highway in Miling, north of Perth, about 3.25am on Saturday.
Police said both the driver and the passenger suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.

The 51-year-old man behind the wheel of the truck was uninjured.
The highway was closed following the crash.
Police are urging anyone who saw the crash, or either vehicle travelling in the area before the crash, to come forward.
“The WA Police Force continues to urge all motorists to take care on the road. Drive safely and keep in mind the wellbeing of yourself and others,” police said in a statement.
