LANSING, Mich. – A Michigan car dealership has had its license suspended for a number of alleged violations, including trying to sell used vehicles as new.
The Michigan Department of State has suspended the license of LaFontaine Chevrolet Buick GMC of St. Clair, Inc.
The vehicle dealership is located at 3050 King Rd. in China Township.
According to the MDOS, the dealership is alleged to have committed the following violations:
