A maroon Ford sedan collided with a grey Ford station wagon on the intersection of Guy St and Redlands Rd at about midday.
Sgt Steve Marshall from Corowa Police said that the single occupants in the cars were both elderly Corowa residents.
“It appears the maroon car driven by the woman drove through a give way sign onto the path of the silver car,” Sgt Marshall said.
Ambulance, police, fireys and Corowa Volunteer Rescue Association (VRA) attended the scene where the woman had to be cut from the car.
Their condition is not known at this stage but it is understood their injuries are non-life threatening.
