A spate of traffic accidents occurred across Luxembourg on Tuesday morning, leaving at least two people injured.
A series of traffic accidents were reported across Luxembourg on Tuesday morning, according to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), resulting in at least two injuries.
The most serious incident occurred in Beggen at 10.22am, where a pedestrian was struck by a car on Rue H. Dunant. Emergency services, including paramedics and firefighters from Luxembourg City, were despatched to assist the injured individual.
Earlier that morning, at 9.35am, a collision between two cars on the N24 between Useldange and Rippweiler left one person injured. Firefighters from Useldange and paramedics from Remich responded to the scene.
The CGDIS also reported two additional accidents that resulted in no injuries. The first involved a two-car collision on the CR179 between Leudelange and Cessange at 6.44am. This was followed by a single-vehicle crash on the CR148 between Ellange and Welfrange at 8.30am.
