A woman has been rushed to hospital after suffering a medical episode.
It comes as a large emergency presence has been scrambled to Weymouth.
The woman in her 70s was in need of medical attention during a screening at the pavilion.
The theatre was vacated by staff as a precaution to allow the emergency services to respond to the incident.
Police and the ambulance service were spotted in the pavilion car park on Weymouth Esplanade alongside the air ambulance which landed nearby.
