HARMAN International, a Samsung company, has become the first to receive HDR10+ Automotive certification for its Ready Display car screens.
This certification proves that HARMAN can bring movie-quality pictures to its in-vehicle displays. The certification was created by HDR10+ Technologies LLC and sets a new standard for in-car display quality.
HARMAN’s Ready Display uses Samsung Neo QLED technology with HDR10+ Adaptive Technology to automatically adjust the screen’s brightness, colors, and contrast based on ambient light. Whether in bright sunshine or nighttime driving, the screen stays sharp and easy to read. The adaptive picture quality improves not just in-car entertainment, but also makes navigation and safety systems easier to use. The first cars with these displays are expected to arrive in 2026.
