This deep shade of purple is expected to be offered for the entire 2026 model year
Few mainstream automakers offer a color palette as diverse as Jeep, and for 2026, it is bringing back a deep shade of purple known as Reign to both the Wrangler and Gladiator. While other colors from Jeep, like Mojito Green, Firecracker Red Clear-Coat, and Joose Orange, are more flamboyant, there’s something very appealing about Reign.
Jeep first introduced this color to the Wrangler in 2022, marking the first time a shade of purple had been available on the popular 4×4 since 2018. Unfortunately, Reign was only available for a few months before being discontinued. Now, it’s back, and for the first time, it’s also available on the Gladiator.

Jeep has yet to update its online configurators to include Reign for the Wrangler and Gladiator, meaning we don’t know yet how much it’ll cost. However, most color options already available for the duo are priced at either $595 or $895, so we expect it to cost about the same.
Fortunately for buyers, it appears Reign will be available for the entire 2026 model year, rather than only for a strictly limited time.
Earlier this year, Jeep also reintroduced Mojito green for the Wrangler and Gladiator. That color had not been available during the 2018 model year. Sadly, Jeep appears to have ditched Tuscardero Pearl, a bright shade of pink, that had been available on the flagship Wrangler Rubicon 392.
The launch of Reign comes just a month after Jeep issued a recall for almost 80,000 Wranglers in the United States. The car manufacturer has revealed that the remote start antenna cable can be pinched under the left rear seat belt retractor bracket, possibly preventing the system from reading tire pressures.
