An image of the M1 near junction 14 was shared by National Highways on X
A motorway slip road was closed after a car collided with a lorry and overturned.
The exit for junction 14 of the M1 – at Milton Keynes – was shut at about 20:00 GMT on Wednesday.
The road remained closed for about two hours and caused delays of about 45 minutes.
Officers from Thames Valley Police and the Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service attended the incident.
