The M2 has been closed in both directions between J5, Sittingbourne & J4, Rochester.

Emergency services were scrambled to the scene of the crash earlier today and remain at the site, National Highways said.
Diversions have been put in place in the wake of the horror smash with drivers advised to take alternative routes as traffic builds.
Traffic travelling between London and the Port of Dover is advised to use the M20 instead.
The collision on the M2 saw police, paramedics and fire crews race to respond.

Police have blocked off the motorway and nearby slip roads with drivers encouraged to avoid the route.
National Highways said: “M2 now closed both ways between J5 Sittingbourne & J4 Rochester with emergency services continuing to work at scene.
“Traffic travelling between London & Port of Dover is advised to use the M20.”
