A man has been arrested after a car ploughed into a house in Wythenshawe. Emergency services were called to Altrincham Road following reports of a smash on Friday night (September 5).
According to reports, the collision involved a lorry and a car. The car is understood to have left the road and hit a home. It is understood to have flipped onto its roof.
Three people were taken to hospital. No serious or life threatening injuries have been reported. A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving; driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol; and failing to stop.

He remains in custody for questioning.
Pictures from the scene on Saturday morning (September 6) show the property boarded up with debris strewn across the ground.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "At around 11.20pm last night (5 September), officers attended a collision on "Altrincham Road, Manchester.
"A man, aged 25, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and failing to stop.
"He remains in custody for questioning. No serious or life threatening injuries were reported. Enquiries are ongoing."
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said, “At around 11:20pm yesterday evening (Friday, 5th September), firefighters were called to the scene of a crash on Altrincham Road in Wythenshawe.
“Two fire engines from Wythenshawe fire station, along with the technical rescue unit from Ashton fire station, quickly arrived at the scene.
"The incident involved a collision between a lorry and a car, with the car coming off the road and crashing into a house, ending up on its roof.
“Three casualties were taken to hospital for precautionary checks. Crews liaised with Manchester City Council’s structural engineer to carry out checks to the building, before handing over the colleagues from Greater Manchester Police just before 2am.”
