EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 29-year-old motorcyclist is dead after he crashed into a car in Northwest El Paso on Wednesday morning.
According to the El Paso Police Department, Sergio Valenzuela flew off a 2012 Red Honda CBR after it crashed into a 2019 Toyota Camry at the 1500 block of Northwestern Dr.
Investigators believe the Toyota Camry was driving south on Northwestern when it turned left to go into a parking lot. At the same time, however, Valenzuela was driving north on that same street and crashed into a turning Camry.
Police said Valenzuela died from the injuries he sustained.
Police also stated the investigation continues into the incident.
According to police statistics, this is the 60th traffic death of 2025, compared to 68 same time last year.
