CONCORD, N.H. (WCAX) – New Hampshire residents now have until April 10 to get inspections for any vehicle with a sticker that expires before March 2026.
The Executive Council rejected the state’s request to extend the deadline.
The decision comes after a federal judge ordered the state to continue its inspection program that was set to expire this past weekend.
State authorities say they plan to appeal the court order.
