Kia has unveiled teaser images of the new-gen Kia Seltos, revealing a fresh look for its sub-compact SUV. After six years since the launch of the original model in 2019, the new Seltos is set to offer a bold new look, updated features, and advanced technology. The official world premiere will take place later this month, giving us a closer look at what the 2026 Seltos has to offer.

Kia will reveal the full details of the 2026 Kia Seltos on December 10, during an online world premiere streamed live on Kia’s official YouTube channel.
The 2026 Kia Seltos comes with a bold, updated design. The SUV now combines the rugged SUV look with modern, sleek features. It has a wider front grille, new Star Map daytime running lights, and LED tail-lights at the back. The SUV also has flush door handles, which improve its aerodynamics. More color options and new trims like X-Line and GT-Line will be available for customers to choose from.
The new-gen Kia Seltos offers a more advanced and comfortable interior. Spy images show two large digital screens, one for the instrument cluster and one for the infotainment system. The SUV will come with features like dual-zone climate control, ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree camera. Safety features will include Level 2+ ADAS to make driving easier and safer.
The 2026 Kia Seltos is larger and has a boxier shape compared to the current model. It has a squarer front, wider grille, square LED headlights, and a flatter roofline. The side body panels are smoother, and the SUV will feature thick cladding around the wheel arches and body. The rear will have updated LED tail-lights and a new roof-integrated spoiler.
The 2026 Kia Seltos will continue to offer the same engine options as the current model, including a 1.5-litre petrol engine, a 1.5-litre turbo petrol, and a 1.5-litre turbo diesel engine. Both manual and automatic transmissions will be available. A hybrid version of the SUV is expected to be launched in 2027.
