The new-gen Kia Telluride is all set to make its global debut at the 2025 Los Angeles Auto Show. Ahead of the debut on November 20, Kia has released the first teaser images of the 2026 Telluride. Based on the teasers, Gotcha Cars have released new renderings of the Kia’s flagship SUV.

The teaser images reveal that the 2026 Kia Telluride styling is based on the brand’s Opposites United design language, which we have already seen on the Kia EV9. Kia describes the looks as “a square-shouldered, upright silhouette framed by thin vertical LEDs bathed in red and amber.”
The SUV gets boxy design with front fascia having a vertical running lights that create trapezoidal shapes, and a wider front grille. The company says that there are triangular creases in the fenders and newly designed D-pillar along with black inserts. It has flared-out rear fenders, dual glass sunroof and prominent roof rails.

The rear retains the boxy design, featuring a large tailgate and vertically-stacked tail-lights. There are less creases and curves on the tailgate that adds to its tough looks.
The company has not released the interiors of the new Telluride. It is expected that the new model will be more luxurious and feature-loaded than the current car. It will get a larger infotainment screen and a digital driver’s display. Expect the new Tellruide cabin to have high-quality leather and metallic trim. If reports are to be believed, the new Telluride will be around 65mm longer than its predecessor. The wheelbase is likely to be increased by 70mm, which should help Kia engineers to create more space inside the cabin and a bigger boot.
It is expected that the new Kia Telluride will be offered with the more rugged X-Line and X-Pro models. These models will have increased ground clearance, all-terrain tires, electronic limited-slip rear differential’s and improved approach and departure angles.
The new-gen Telluride will be offered with a hybrid powertrain, which is likely to be the same unit available with the new Hyundai Palisade. The hybrid setup comprising a 2.5L, 4-cylinder engine with two electric motors, and a small battery pack. The combined power and torque output stands at 329hp and 460Nm, respectively. It will also get a 3.5-litre V6 engine that churns out 287hp and 352Nm of torque.
