A PERSON has been arrested after a car reportedly “rammed” another vehicle on a Bradford street on Tuesday.
A police cordon was put in place on Tong Street, Bradford, following the incident which was reported at shortly before 6pm on Tuesday.
Police officers attended reports of a disturbance involving a collision believed have been a “ramming”.
Officers discovered the one man had been injured in the incident, which closed the road for about 18 hours as police carried out investigation work.
One person has now been arrested.
In a statement released this morning, a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: “One male has been arrested and taken into custody.”
In a full statement about the incident yesterday, a spokesperson for the force said: “Police were called to reports of a disturbance on Tong Street, Bradford, shortly before 6pm yesterday (14/10).  
“Officers attended and found that two vehicles had been involved in a collision with one of the vehicles believed to have rammed the other.  
“One man suffered a leg injury. 
“Further enquiries are taking place today to establish exactly what happened. 
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Bradford CID by calling 101 or go online at https://www.westyorkshire.police.uk/LiveChat quoting reference 1339 of 14/10.  
“Alternatively, call independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
