LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A pedestrian is recovering after being hit by a car Tuesday night in Lexington.
Police say the collision happened around 9 p.m. on East New Circle Road at Creative Drive, near the post office and Liberty Road.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to officers.
Authorities say the roadway reopened about an hour after the crash, and no charges will be filed in connection with the incident.
