A pedestrian is fighting for her life after she was struck by a car in Oldbury.
The woman was walking along Wolverhampton Road, by the junction of Albert Road, when she was hit by a vehicle, just after 6.30am on Wednesday (October 92).
A bystander flagged down two passing ambulances to the incident and a MERIT trauma team also responded to the incident.

The patient was given trauma care before she was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further care.
West Midlands Police have closed off Wolverhampton Road in both directions while enquiries take place.
Traffic, including the number 126 service, is currently on diversion.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “The pedestrian, a woman, was found to be in a critical condition upon assessment.
"The team worked together to administer trauma care to stabilise her condition before she was conveyed by ambulance on blue lights and sirens to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for further emergency care."
West Midlands Police are looking into the matter and will be providing a statement shortly.
Traffic provider INRIX said: "A4123 Wolverhampton Road in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to accident at Albert Road."
Nation Express West Midlands said: "Collision on Wolverhampton Road / Albert Road Warley.
"Service 126 will be diverting in both directions via: Bleakhouse Road and Castle Road West.
" Apologies for any disruption to your journey."
