TWO people have been taken to hospital after a police car crashed into another car in Bebington.
Just after 5pm this evening (Sunday, November 30), a police car on its way to a theft report crashed into a blue Vauxhall Crossland on Bromborough Road at the junction with Ellen’s Lane.

Both people in the Vauxhall were taken to hospital for assessment.
The police driver was unharmed.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: “Officers remain at the scene while enquiries into the incident continue and motorists are advised to avoid the area as road closures are still in place.”
