A person has died after a one-car crash in Norfolk Friday night, fire officials said.
Connecticut State Police said they responded to the crash which happened on Litchfield Road, also known as Route 272, around 6:45 p.m.

Fire officials said the driver was taken to a nearby hospital where they were pronounced dead. The person’s identity is unknown at this time.
The road was closed in both directions at Bruey Road but has since reopened.
No additional information was immediately available.
