ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A person died in a two-car crash on Route 104 Eastbound on the city’s north side on Thursday, New York State Police have confirmed.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw one car on its side in the underpass below St. Paul Street and crews working to clear the damage.
