The chase ended a short time later at Willow and Nees when the Impala crashed into another vehicle carrying a pregnant woman.
They say the driver also rammed a police car.
Officers arrested two men from the Impala at gunpoint.
"At this time, we can confirm that multiple shots were fired; however, there have been no reported injuries from the incident at this time," police said. "Officers and detectives are on scene at both locations investigating the circumstances."
Southbound Willow at Nees is closed at this time.
