A stretch of the Snake Pass road is closed off this afternoon after a crash between a motorbike and a car.
The A57 – which links Greater Manchester with South Yorkshire – is currently closed at the bridge over Ladybower Reservoir.
Derbyshire Police said the crash happened at about 2pm today (Saturday, October 18).
It involved a motorbike and a car. It has not yet been confirmed whether anyone was left injured.

Emergency crews are working on the scene. Police said the road is 'expected to be shut for some time'.
Drivers have been urged to avoid the area and take alternative routes this afternoon.
In a statement, Derbyshire Police said: "#CLOSURE | A section of the Snake Pass at the bridge over Ladybower Reservoir has been closed following a road traffic collision.
"The crash between a motorbike and a car happened at about 2pm today (Saturday 18 October) and the road is expected to be shut for some time.
"Motorists are asked to use alternative routes at this time."
