More 2026 news is coming out of the Spears CARS Tour West today with the announcement of a Southwest Pro Late Model division. The 10-race tour will visit eight tracks primarily across Arizona, California and Nevada – starting with the 13th Annual Chilly Willy at Tucson Speedway (Jan. 17) and concluding at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway (Oct. 17).
Races at iconic regional venues such as Stockton 99 Speedway (April 18), Orange Show Speedway (Sept. 12) and All-American Speedway (Aug. 29) will further strengthen the Spears CARS Tour Southwest 2026 schedule, along with fan-favorite stops at The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (March 28 and Oct. 2).
The major highlight of the 10-race slate is a pair of high-stakes Southwest-versus-Northwest PLM crossover events – first at the Mark Galloway Shootout at Evergreen Speedway (June 27) and then at the Summer Nationals at Colorado National Speedway (Aug. 1). These Rivalry Races will crown the top overall racer(s) between the two divisions.
“We’re very proud of the Spears CARS Tour West lineup for 2026 with the addition of the Southwest and Northwest divisions,” said Tim Huddleston, series co-owner. “It took a lot of effort from everyone involved, but it’s incredibly satisfying to see it all come together. The Northwest-versus-Southwest rivalry races are sure to be a crowd pleaser with major bragging rights on the line for the competitors in the two divisions. It’ll be some intense racing.”
The Spears CARS Tour West is now positioned to further support West Coast racing with multiple divisions. The Super Late Models, along with the newly formed Northwest and Southwest Pro Late Models, join the Limited Pro Late Model and Legend Car divisions to give the series a strong regional presence across six states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada and Washington.
Each race of the 2026 Spears CARS Tour Southwest Pro Late Model Schedule will feature a minimum purse of $7,500 to win and $1,500 to start.
