New Haven police said they are investigating a crash that occurred on Whalley Avenue on Sunday night. 
NEW HAVEN — Police said an investigation is underway after a stolen car crashed on Whalley Avenue and was found abandoned. 
New Haven Police Officer Christian Bruckhart said those inside the vehicle fled before officers arrived Sunday night.

Utility lines came down in the crash, Bruckhart said, and there were no reported injuries.
