Officials confirmed the chase started around 11:30 a.m. in Conewago Township, and ended after he crashed into a fence on Pleasant Street.
Officials said they tried to stop the teen initially for speeding in the 300 block of Oxford Avenue.
The teen was reportedly unlicensed, and used his family's car to escape officers.
He was the only one in the car at the time of the crash, and no injuries were reported.
The chase reportedly lasted five minutes.
