Tangkak police chief Roslan Talib said the crash occurred at about 10.20pm.
Those killed were either the motorcyclists or their pillion riders.
Roslan said three of the victims were pronounced dead at the scene, and the fourth died while receiving treatment at Tangkak Hospital.
“The three who died at the scene were two men aged 20 and an 18-year-old girl.
“The other victim, who was 19, died while being treated at the hospital,” he told Bernama.
Roslan said the driver and passenger of the car were unhurt.
He said the cause of the crash was still under investigation.
