Three men were in hospital following a 'disorder' in Bilston.
Emergency services were called to Arbour Drive just after 6am on Friday, August 15.
Medics found three injured men at the scene, which has now been sealed off.

One man, who was seriously injured, was rushed to hospital "under emergency driving conditions".
The two others had suffered "potentially serious injuries" and were also taken to hospital.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called to an incident on Arbour Drive in Bilston at 6.13am and sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer and a MERIT trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic to the scene.
"On arrival crews found three men.
"The first was treated for serious injuries before being conveyed under emergency driving conditions to hospital.
"The two other men were treated for potentially serious injuries and conveyed to hospital.”
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We're investigating after a disorder in Arbour Drive, Wolverhampton, this morning.
"We were called just after 6am today. Enquiries are at an early stage, and more information will be released in due course."
There was a heavy police presence at the scene earlier this morning, where a blood-splatted white Ford could be seen blocking the pavement within the cordon.
The vehicle's windscreen had been smashed, along with several windows.
