GREENSBORO, N.C. — Two people were killed in a crash late Thursday night on West Vandalia Road in Greensboro.
At approximately 11:53 p.m. on Nov. 6, Greensboro Police, Greensboro Fire, and Guilford County EMS responded to the 2100 block of West Vandalia Road following reports of a serious crash. Preliminary reports indicate that an Infiniti G37 was traveling east from South Holden Road when it crossed the center line, veered off the road to the left, and struck a tree in the yard of 2102 West Vandalia Road.
Both occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities are being withheld pending notification of next-of-kin.
The Greensboro Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating the incident. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000.
