The incident happened on Whitfield Drive at about 11:15
Three people were taken to hospital after a car that was being pursued by police was in collision with two other vehicles.
The crash, involving a black Audi, a red Kia and a red Corsa, happened at the roundabout on Whitfield Drive, Dundee, near North East Campus at about 11:15.
Police confirmed that they had been in a short pursuit with a car that had failed to stop.
An 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences. He is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Tuesday.

Eight police vehicles and three ambulances attended the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11.15am on Monday, 6 October, 2025, a car in Whitfield area of Dundee failed to stop for police.
"Following a short pursuit, the car collided with two others vehicles on Whitfield Drive."
They said three people had been taken to Ninewells Hospital, including a 51-year-old woman.
Several roads in the Whitfield area were closed while emergency services attended, and reopened at 18:00.
