Local news:
A woman has died and three others were seriously injured when a car and truck collided on a highway in western Victoria.
The two vehicles crashed on the Western Hwy near the intersection of Remembrance Dr in Burrumbeet about 3am on Saturday.
A woman inside the car was treated by paramedics but died at the scene, while another was taken to hospital with critical injuries.

Two other female passengers in the car were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The male driver of the car was hospitalised with non-life-threatening injuries.
The male truck driver stopped at the scene and was not injured.
“Investigations are ongoing into the circumstances of the collision,” police said.
