Emergency services were called to Polkirt Hill after receiving reports of a single vehicle crash
A woman has suffered serious injuries after getting trapped under a vehicle in a crash.
Emergency services were called out to the incident which involved a single-vehicle at about 12:45 GMT on Polkirt Hill in Mevagissey.
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said a car had gone into a wall and a woman who had become trapped under the vehicle had first aid administered at the scene before she was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Devon and Cornwall Police said emergency services remained at the scene to carry out inquiries and warned there might be traffic congestion in the area.
