If you follow the world of extreme luxury cars, you’ve already seen the MANSORY name appear on some of the wildest custom machines in existence. But the German tuner, founded by Kourosh MANSORY in 1989, is now pushing into the world of luxury real estate, and the epicenter of this move is Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Launched at the Royal Atlantis on the Palm back in June, the MANSORY Residences project marks the company’s first foray into the world of high-end properties. Being conceived with Dubai-based developer Amaal, this upcoming project is located in the Meydan Horizon district of Dubai.
The project has now taken a tangible step forward with the unveiling of the Amaal MANSORY Experience Centre, a preview of how MANSORY intends to translate its reputation for radical car design (including more recently for the Dubai Police with a custom 1-of-1 Rolls-Royce Cullinan) into bricks and mortar.
A 2.5-meter architectural model of the tower was on display next to a lineup of some of Mansory’s most audacious cars, and founder Kourosh Mansory himself, along with key figures of the project, including Abdulla Lahej – Chairman, Amaal Emirates, Hamid Kerayechian – CEO & Founding Partner, Ayana Holding, and Barry Ebrahimy – CEO, Ayana Properties, were present at the event.
“The launch of this experience centre marks an exciting moment for MANSORY as we bring our design philosophy into a new dimension. It offers our future residents and partners an opportunity to experience, up close, the craftsmanship, individuality, and bold aesthetic that define our brand. Together with Amaal, we are redefining what it means to live with distinction by creating homes that are as unique and expressive as the vehicles that inspired them.” – Kourosh Mansory, founder and CEO, Mansory.

The project features two connected towers, the branded MANSORY Residences North Tower and the Amaal 8 South Tower. Together, they rise 48 residential floors above 8 podium levels, which will make it the tallest development in Meydan Horizon.
Unit sizes run from 867 to 11,129 square feet, with layouts spanning one to four bedrooms, plus duplexes and even full-floor penthouses, across four Tiers. Design details echo for the branded residences showcase Mansory’s signature automotive style with finishes ranging from carbon and brushed graphite to cognac leather, charcoal wool, and walnut veneer. Select units also include private pools.
“Amaal Experience Centre embodies the very essence of what we are building with MANSORY Residences,” – Abdulla Lahej, Chairman of Amaal.
Penthouse owners in the Signature Infinity Collection can also use a dedicated car elevator to display a vehicle inside their residence. Coincidentally, the upcoming luxury residential tower, being developed by duPont Registry Group and Pininfarina in Miami’s design district, is a project along similar lines and is also centered around car collectors.
Amenities at the MANSORY Residence further extend to a climate-controlled automotive lounge called the MANSORY Nest, wellness and beauty centers, podium gardens, and a private MANSORY Club on the 41st floor. Services include housekeeping, luxury travel bookings, and spa treatments, all accessible through a dedicated MANSORY app.
Coming to the location, Meydan Horizon, it is a 1,100-acre masterplan with plans for a two-kilometer (1.24-mile) canal, four man-made lagoons, and a central park. Situated between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbor, you’ll see the iconic Burj Khalifa to the left, and the future Creek Tower, projected to be the tallest in the world, to the right.
The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, currently undergoing a AED 650 million expansion, is just across the water. Behind the project lies an 18-hole championship golf course. Also, you’re just a short drive from Dubai International Airport. That convenience is vital if you’re the jet-setting type with several bases globally.
Finally, Dubai is not short on landmarks, and these include branded automotive-themed developments, with every new project competing to outdo what came before, but in a city defined by excess, standing out is difficult, and that is exactly what MANOSRY excels at.
Their creations in the luxury and performance car world are instantly recognizable, not just in Dubai, but around the world, and they expect that same ethos to now make their way in this upcoming venture, with their new venture set to redefine the future skyline of this megapolis. Pricing for the branded resides starts around AED 2,000,000, which is roughly ~$550,000 at current exchange rates. A 50/50 payment plan offers room for capital appreciation during construction with handovers slated for Q4, 2028.
