Yukon OK Fire
Fire crews from Oklahoma City and Yukon responded Friday afternoon to a fire at a daycare in Yukon, Oklahoma, caused when a car crashed into the building following a two-vehicle collision.
Firefighters were dispatched to the 10500 block of Reno Avenue just before 4:40 p.m., where heavy smoke and flames were visible coming from the daycare. Authorities said the fire started after one of the vehicles involved in the collision veered off the roadway and crashed into the structure.
All children attending the daycare were safely accounted for and evacuated. They were moved to a nearby business as a precaution while crews worked to contain the fire.
Officials have not released additional details, including the extent of the damage to the building or the condition of the drivers involved in the crash.
